CAKES BY GOPHERS CAFÉ.
We offer a complete line of cakes, exclusive to our pastry shop. Using only the freshest ingredients and old fashion baking techniques, we will create one of our signature cakes or create a masterpiece original to your tastes.
We have the know how and the capability of making anything from a delectable simple cake, to an enchanting and ravishing wedding cake, to a masterpiece specialty cake. Our frosting of choice is real Belgian butter cream. Please note that no lard or powdered sugar are ever used in our frosting. If you chose a cake with "creme fraiche" it is recommended that it be kept refrigerated and consumed the same day.
We will give you a choice of cake, a choice of filling, a choice of frosting and finally a choice in appearance. We have built our reputation around our desserts and cakes and we will not let you down. If you are looking for a cake you have come to the right place.
